We offer transparent, competitive self-pay pricing. A standard provider visit starts at $100, with additional fees for any required lab work, x-rays, or medications.

While we accept most out-of-state PPO plans, we generally cannot process out-of-state Medicaid. Patients with out-of-state Medicaid will be treated as self-pay.

We treat minor, non-life-threatening emergencies such as sprains, minor lacerations, flu symptoms, strep throat, earaches, sexually transmitted diseases and urinary tract infections.

No, we do not have x-ray machine on site but we referred to a nearby imaging center.
